JCPenney Launches Spring Campaign Via TVP

Here are two new spots pitching JCPenney‘s spring collection. These spots hail from New York-based The Vidal Partnership, which in 2008 became the retailer’s Hispanic AOR.



TVP’s scope of work for JCPenney includes strategic counsel in reaching Hispanic customers through various marketing initiatives, including customer research, advertising, media planning and buying.
